摘  要:为研究有机微量元素全取代对产蛋后期蛋鸡血清生化指标、免疫功能及抗氧化功能的影响,本试验选取405只50周龄的海兰白壳蛋鸡,随机分成3组,每组设9个重复,每个重复15只。对照组在基础日粮中分别添加36、12、90、90 mg/kg(商业水平)无机来源的铁、铜、锰和锌;无机组和有机组分别在基础日粮中添加1/3商业水平无机或有机来源的微量元素。试验期56 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,无机组血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性、钙(Ca)和总蛋白(TP)含量降低(P<0.05),血清尿酸(UA)含量、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性升高(P<0.05),有机组的以上指标均与对照组无显著性差异;与对照组相比,无机组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性降低(P<0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)含量提高(P<0.05),肝脏T-SOD、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu-Zn SOD)、Mn-SOD和GSH-Px活性、心脏T-SOD和Cu-Zn SOD活性也降低(P<0.05);有机组的血清和心脏抗氧化指标均与对照组无显著性差异,与对照组相比降低了肝脏T-SOD、Cu-Zn SOD和Mn-SOD活性(P<0.05);有机组肝脏MDA含量低于对照组和无机组(P<0.05)。试验表明,适宜低水平的有机微量元素优于同等水平的无机微量元素,可以维持蛋鸡的正常生理代谢、免疫和抗氧化功能。A total of 405 healthy hens(HY-Line White, 50-week-old) were randomly divided into 3 treatments, with 9 replicates per treatment and 15 birds per replicate. The dietary treatments included CON which added 36, 12, 90, 90 mg/kg(commercial levels) inorganic sources of iron, copper, manganese, and zinc to the base diet, respectively. ITM and TRT added 1/3 of commercial levels of trace minerals from inorganic or organic sources to the base diet, respectively. The trial lasted for 56 days. The result showed, compared with CON, ITM reduced(P<0.05) serum AKP activity, the content of Ca and TP, and increased(P<0.05) UA level, ALT and AST activities. However, the TRT group almost kept all the serum indices close to the CON. Compared with CON, ITM reduced(P<0.05) serum T-AOC, T-SOD, Mn-SOD and GSH-Px activities, and increased(P<0.05) MDA. What’s more, ITM reduced(P<0.05) hepatic T-SOD, Cu-Zn SOD, Mn-SOD and GSH-Px activities, and cardiac T-SOD and Cu-Zn SOD activities. There were no significant differences in serum and cardiac antioxidant indices between CON and TRT. Compared with CON, TRT reduced(P<0.05) hepatic T-SOD, Cu-Zn SOD and Mn-SOD activities. TRT also decreased(P<0.05) the content of MDA in liver compared to CON and ITM. In conclusion, low levels of organic trace minerals were superior to inorganic forms at the same levels, which can maintain the normal physiological metabolism, immunity and antioxidant functions of laying hens.
