摘 要:世界范围内机器人手术系统具有三维图像清晰和操作稳定灵活的优势,已广泛应用于直肠癌外科手术。此文在介绍机器人手术系统特点及应用变迁的基础上,对机器人直肠癌手术应用现状进行回顾,并简述我国的应用现状。目前,机器人直肠癌手术的安全性和有效性已得到肯定。与腹腔镜手术比较,机器人直肠癌手术在短期结局和长期生存方面暂无明显优势。随着器械不断进步和大样本研究的开展,机器人手术系统将在直肠癌手术中发挥更重要的作用。Robotic surgery systems worldwide have the advantages of clear three-dimensional images and stable and flexible operation,and have been widely used in rectal cancer surgery.This article reviews the application status of robotic rectal cancer surgery on the basis of introducing the characteristics and application changes of robotic surgery system,and briefly describes the application status in China.At present,the safety and efficacy of robotic rectal cancer surgery have been affirmed.Compared with laparoscopic surgery,robotic rectal cancer surgery has no significant advantage in short-term outcomes and long-term survival.With the continuous advancement of devices and the development of large-sample studies,robotic surgical systems will play a more important role in rectal cancer surgery.
