摘 要:针对库房管理中货物杂乱的问题,传统方法采用GPS技术,其定位效果较差,为此提出设计基于RFID扫描的异常数据定位系统。选取nRF24LE1作为主要控制射频芯片。采用PDAV2二维+安卓5.1 RFID读写器,配合天线对不同频段数据进行读写,采用Mecanum轮式机器人,实现横向、纵向平移与旋转,完成硬件RFID扫描模块。依据RFID扫描原理,建立空间坐标系进行位置定位,计算库房货物异常数据扫描时间,建立起始时间确定模型。应用模型设计软件定位流程,实现库房异常数据定位。在实际应用场景下,将两种技术定位效果进行对比分析,由结果可知,该系统最高定位准确率可达到98%,有利于促进库房高效管理。To solve the problem of disorderly goods in warehouse management,the traditional method adopts GPS technology,which has poor positioning effect. NRF24 LE1 is selected as the main control rf chip. PDAV2 2 d + android 5.1 RFID reader is used to read and write data in different frequency bands with the antenna. Mecanum wheeled robot is used to realize horizontal and vertical translation and rotation and complete hardware RFID scanning module. According to the RFID scanning principle,a spatial coordinate system is established to locate the location,calculate the scanning time of abnormal data in the warehouse,and establish the starting time determination model. The software positioning process is designed by using the model to locate abnormal data in the warehouse. In the practical application scenario,the positioning effects of the two technologies are compared and analyzed. According to the results,the highest positioning accuracy of the system can reach 98%,which is conducive to promoting the efficient management of the warehouse.
