新时代国有企业党的建设和生产经营深度融合探析

摘　　要：把党的建设和生产经营深度融合是新时代国有企业发展的必然路径。当前,国有企业党的建设和生产经营深度融合在思想意识、组织架构、体制机制等方面存在着相应的问题。为此,国有企业要以党的政治建设为统领,将强“根”固“魂”作为国有企业实现发展的根本原则,把党的思想建设与企业文化深度融合,把党的组织建设与企业治理深度融合,把党的作风建设与企业经营责任深度融合,把党的纪律建设与企业监督深度融合,把党的制度建设与企业规章深度融合,实现国有企业党的建设和生产经营深度融合迈上新台阶、达到新水平。The deep integration of Party construction and production&management is an inevitable choice for the development of state-owned enterprises in the new era.Presently the deep integration of Party construction and production&management in state-owned enterprises is facing corresponding problems in ideology,organizational structure and institutional mechanism.In the new era,state-owned enterprises should take Party construction as the primary role,take the strong“root”and the“soul”as the basic principle for the development of state-owned enterprises,deeply integrating Party ideological construction and enterprise culture,deeply integrating Party organizational construction and enterprise governance,deeply integrating Party style construction and management responsibility,and Party disciplining.The deep integration of law construction and enterprise supervision,the deep integration of Party system construction and enterprise rules to comprehensively promote Party construction and the deep integration of production&management.
