摘  要:相位差测量技术广泛应用于移动通信、无线系统、激光测距等领域中,为提高测量精度、简化电路、扩展测量范围,文中设计了基于AD8302的高精度鉴相系统。通过对该芯片的性能分析,提出使用改进的移相双重解调的方法,进行有针对的选型设计,解决了鉴相过程中存在的相位二值性、测量结果非线性等问题,简化了电路、降低了成本。实验证明,系统能精确测量0°~360°两输入信号的相位差,测量精度小于0.3°。Phase difference measurement technology is widely used in mobile communication,wireless system,laser ranging and other fields.Through the performance analysis of the chip,the improved phaseshifting dual demodulation method is proposed,and the selection design is carried out to solve the problems of phase binary and nonlinear measurement results in the process of phase discrimination,which simplifies the circuit and reduces the cost.The experiment proves that the system can accurately measure the phase difference between 0°~360°of the two input signals,and the measurement precision is less than 0.3°.
