嘉兴传统积肥农具罱泥夹的设计研究

摘　　要：江南地区是稻作文化的发源地,文章以江南地区较具代表性的传统积肥农具罱泥夹为例,以此探寻传统设计独特的设计思想和内涵。通过产品设计中几个要素,即材料、工艺、结构、使用四方面分别对竹编稻作农具进行设计角度的分析。通过研究罱泥夹的设计学特征,得到了罱泥夹具有以下优良特点,即材料易得、工艺独特、结构巧妙、操作简捷。罱泥夹的设计是传统设计思维的体现,利用了人机工程学和物理学的相关知识,提高了农民从事生产劳动时的效率,是江南传统优良农器的设计典范。The Jiangnan area is the birthplace of rice culture. The article takes the representative traditional fattening farm implements in the Jiangnan area as an example to explore the unique design ideas and connotations of traditional design. Through the design of several elements in product design,namely material,manufacturing process,structure and usage,the design angle of bamboo-woven rice farming tools was analyzed. By studying the design characteristics of the LanNiJia,the following characteristics are obtained:the material is easy to obtain,the process is unique,the structure is ingenious,and the operation is simple.The design of LanNiJia is the embodiment of traditional design thinking. It utilizes the relevant knowledge of ergonomics and physics to improve the ef?ciency of farmers in production and labor. It is a model for the design of traditional good agricultural equipment in Jiangnan.
