摘　　要：四川少数民族地区是国家精准扶贫的重点工作对象,帮助这里的少数民族大学生高质量就业,有利于实现"一人就业,全家脱贫"的目标。本研究以这些地区的少数民族学生为研究对象,对他们在就业过程中的心理特征进行分析,发现存在消极悲观、就业认知偏差、依赖心理、害怕担忧、趋利心理的特点,对造成这些心理特点的原因进行了分析,并对学校层面和个人层面提出了一些可操作的策略。Poverty alleviation in Minority areas of Sichuan province is one of key targets of our country. Helping those minority college students find a good job is very conducive to achieve the goal of "one person’s employment helping the whole family out of poverty". This study takes these minority students as research objects by analyzing their psychological characteristics in the process of employment. It is found that they are pessimistic, unrealistic, dependent, anxious and profit-seeking. Furthermore, the causes of these psychological problems are analyzed and some operational strategies are proposed in the study.
