论尸子仁德思想对高校教师师德建设的启示

摘　　要：尸子集儒家、法家、墨家、道家的思想菁华于一身,“修身立德”“贵言正心”“用贤使能”是其仁德思想的高度概括,对于高校教师队伍师德建设具有鲜明的启示意义和借鉴价值。在高校教师师德建设上,它启发高校教师不断进取、追求更高的思想境界,并激励着高校教师以为国家和社会培养人才为使命;在行动引领上,它启示高校教师规范自身的言行,营造钻研、向上、团结的教师群体文化氛围,为夯实教师教书育人的责任意识和终生学习的行动理念,提供了宝贵的精神资源。Shi Zi integrated Confucianism,Legalism,Mohism and Taoism,and his thought of benevolence and morality is highly summarized by“self-cultivation and morality”,“noble words and honest heart”and“making use of talents”,which has distinct and enlightening significance and reference value for the construction of teachers’morality in colleges and universities.In the construction of teachers'morality in colleges and universities,the teachers will be inspired to make continuous progress and pursue a higher ideological realm,and also be encouraged to regard the cultivation of talents for our country as their missions.In terms of action guidance,Shi Zi’s thought of benevolence and morality enlightens university teachers to standardize their own words and deeds,creates a cultural atmosphere of assiduous research,progress and unity,and provides valuable spiritual resources for strengthening teachers'sense of responsibility for education and the action concept of lifelong learning.
