摘 要:本文结合认可准则对实验室人员的管理要求,将第三方检测实验室中培训管理进行梳理,通过探讨新形势下检测实验室如何根据人员需求制定培训计划、如何合理地进行培训安排、如何有针对性地进行培训考核、如何进行培训的效果评估、如何平衡培训成本和效益等问题,研究出可操作性强、针对性强的实验室培训体系建设。同时,结合实际工作经验,对培训开展中的部分问题提出了对策,为检测实验室在完善培训体系、提高员工的专业能力方面提供借鉴。Based on the management requirements of the laboratory personnel in accordance with the accreditation criteria,this paper combs the training management in the third-party testing laboratory,and discusses how to make training plan according to the needs of the personnel,how to arrange the training reasonably,how to carry out the training examination pertinently,how to evaluate the effect of the training,how to balance the training cost and benefit,etc.,to study the construction of a strong and targeted laboratory training system for operability.At the same time,combined with the practical work experience,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for some problems in the training,so as to provide reference for the testing laboratory in improving the training system and improving the professional ability of employees.
