摘　　要：管理体系标准(MSS)是ISO的一类重要标准。ISO导则规定了MSS的高层结构(HLS)。ISO MSS在等同采用为我国国家标准时,存在不同标准间翻译不一致的问题。论文介绍了ISO MSS的相关内容;举例分析了4项国家标准在HLS相同的章条标题、相同的文本、共同的术语和核心定义三方面的翻译差异或现状,给出了点评意见;阐述了问题产生的原因;建议加强对采标工作的管理,进行权威翻译等来解决问题。ISO management system standards(MSS)are of great importance.A High Level Structure(HLS)for MSS is defined by ISO in its directive.There are some translation discrepancies among our national standards which have adopted ISO MSS identically.The paper introduces the relative information about MSS;analyzes those translation discrepancies of HLS by example of four national standards;explains the cause of discrepancies;and suggests that the process of adopting ISO MSS should be improved and authorized translation can be provided to solve the problem.
