沉浸理论对大学英语精读课程教学的启示

摘　　要：沉浸理论认为,“沉浸”是参与者进入的一种共同体验模式,参与者一旦处于沉浸状态,就会完全投入所参与的活动当中,不受外界的干扰,且出于兴趣来进行活动。文章梳理了沉浸理论的基本内容,分析了目前大学英语精读课程教学存在的问题,提出了将沉浸理论引入大学英语精读课程教学的必要性,并结合教学各环节探讨了沉浸理论在大学英语教学中的应用。According to the theory of immersion,“immersion”is a common experience mode that participants enter.Once they are immersed,they will be fully involved in the activities they participate in,free from interference from the outside world,and carry out the activities out of interest.This paper combs the basic content of immersion theory,analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of College English intensive reading course,puts forward the necessity of introducing immersion theory into the teaching of College English intensive reading course,and probes into the application of immersion theory in College English teaching combining with all aspects of teaching.
