摘 要:文章以求职类电视节目《非你莫属》的361名工商管理类毕业生求职选手为研究样本,调查毕业生在求职成功率、起薪等求职绩效的性别差异状况及其影响因素。研究发现:工商管理类毕业生线上求职成功率存在显著的性别差异,女生的线上求职成功率高于男生,且学历和社会实践对线上求职成功率的性别差异具有一定影响;工商管理类毕业生起薪的性别差异并不显著。本研究结论肯定了人力资本理论对求职性别差异的解释作用,并发现了专业和求职渠道也是影响高校毕业生求职绩效性别差异的重要因素,为工商管理类学生尤其是女生树立正确的职业观提供了丰富的依据。This paper selected 361 graduates in business administration major from the job-hunting TV program“Only You”as the example,and explored the gender differences,also its influencing mechanism,in job-hunting performance,such as the success rate of job-hunting and starting salary.The survey found that,there was a significant gender difference in the success rate of online job hunting,and the females are more likely to get jobs,where educational attainment and practical experience both exerted some influence.The gender difference in starting salary was not significant.The study has affirmed the role of human capital theory in explaining the gender difference in job-hunting,and finds that major and job-hunting channel are also important factors affecting the gender difference in job-hunting performance of college graduates,which provides abundant evidence for business administration students,especially female students,to establish a correct career view.
