摘 要:目的研究心肌酶变化与新生儿疾病严重程度的关系。方法 90例新生儿疾病患儿,根据疾病严重程度不同分为危重组和非危重组,每组45例。两组患儿均在入院时检测天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)及α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)等心肌酶指标,比较两组患儿的各项心肌酶指标水平。结果危重组患儿AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB及HBDH水平分别为(118.92±60.74)、(763.65±149.87)、(733.03±118.02)、(219.08±64.74)、(388.54±42.37)U/L,均高于非危重组患儿的(44.95±20.63)、(211.12±101.92)、(153.03±102.85)、(30.91±20.83)、(287.35±33.71)U/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无死亡病例。结论心肌酶变化与新生儿疾病严重程度之间具有一定的关系,通常心肌酶指标水平越高则新生儿疾病越严重,临床应加强对新生儿疾病患儿的心肌酶监测,以及时预见疾病的严重程度,及时给予有效治疗。Objective To study the correlation between the changes of myocardial enzymes and the severity of neonatal diseases. Methods A total of 90 cases of neonatal diseases were divided into critical group and non-critical group according to the severity of the disease, with 45 cases in each group. Myocardial enzyme indexes of aspartate aminotransferase(AST), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), creatine kinase(CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) and α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDH) were detected in the two groups on admission, and the myocardial enzyme indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The levels of AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB and HBDH in critical group were(118.92±60.74),(763.65±149.87),(733.03±118.02),(219.08±64.74) and(388.54±42.37) U/L respectively in critical group, which were significantly higher than(44.95±20.63),(211.12±101.92),(153.03±102.85),(30.91±20.83) and(287.35±33.71) U/L in non-critical group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). No deaths in either group. Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the changes of myocardial enzymes and the severity of neonatal diseases. Generally, the higher the level of myocardial enzymes, the more serious the neonatal disease. The clinical monitoring of myocardial enzymes in children with neonatal diseases should be strengthened in the clinic to predict the severity of the disease degree and give effective treatment timely.
