基于TTTS模式提升低年级医学本科生科研素养的探索

摘　　要：为了改变低年级本科医学生科研能力薄弱的现状,本科研小组在湖南中医药大学医学院病理教研室陈丽老师的带领下,创建了一种崭新的低年级本科医学生培养模式--TTTS培养模式。根据此模式,科研小组以申请"大学生研究性学习和创新性实验计划"课题为平台,设计出科学合理的培养模式,实现团队成员专业知识、实践能力、科研水平三方面的提升。这种培养模式的提出帮助低年级医学本科生塑造科研思维与能力,对培养我国医疗卫生事业创新型人才也有着不小的借鉴意义。In order to change the current situation of weak scientific research ability of junior undergraduate medical students in our college,under the leadership of teacher Chen Li,department of pathology,Medical College of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,a brand-new training mode of junior undergraduate medical students-TTTS training mode was established.According to the model,the scientific research team has built a scientific and reasonable training model on the platform of applying for the project of"research-based thinking and innovative experimental plan for college students",so as to improve the professional knowledge,practical ability and scientific research level of our team members.The proposal of this training mode can help the junior medical undergraduates to shape their scientific research thinking and ability,and can also be used for reference in cultivating innovative talents in medical and health undertakings in China.
