沙参麦冬汤联合靶向药物治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察沙参麦冬汤加减联合靶向药物治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年11月就诊的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者60例,采用电脑随机分组的方法随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组30例,均采用口服EGFR-Tki;试验组30例,在对照组的基础上应用自拟中药复方口服。观察2组患者的疾病控制率(OCR)及中医证候积分情况。结果对照组治疗后完全缓解1例,部分缓解8例,稳定9例,进展12例,疾病控制率为60%。对照组治疗后完全缓解3例,部分缓解9例,稳定9例,进展10例,疾病控制率为66.7%。数据比较差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者治疗后证候积分为(8.7±1.81)分,对照组为(11.5±1.55),2组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明试验组临床疗效优于对照组。结论沙参麦冬汤加减联合靶向治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌可以改善患者的中医证候及临床症状,提高患者生存质量,具有良好的临床效果,值得广泛临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sashen Maidong decoction combined with targeted drugs in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From January 2018 to November 2019,60 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.30 cases in control group were given EGFR-TKI.On the basis of the control group,experimental group was given orally self-made Chinese herbal compound.The disease control rate(OCR)and TCM syndrome score were observed.Results In the control group,complete remission was found in 1 case,partial remission in 8 cases,stable in 9 cases,progressive in 12 cases,and disease control rate was 60%.In the control group,complete remission was found in 2 cases,partial remission in 9 cases,stabilization in 9 cases,progress in 10 cases,and disease control rate was 66.7%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The syndrome score of the experimental group was(8.7±1.81)points after treatment,and that of the control group was(11.5±1.55)points.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion The Sashen Maidong decoction combined with targeted drugs in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer can improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients,which has a good clinical effect and is worthy of wide clinical application.
