摘　　要：文中从"四个维度"构建航运文化协同育人模式,积极开展航运文化特色品牌活动、打造航运文化共享平台、建立校际师生协同交流平台、建立校内外实践基地、建立常态化校友协同交流平台、开设航运文化类通识课程等项目,实践探索培育"航海工匠"。通过实践研究,旨在解决当前我国航运类人才培养上面临的问题,为航海类高职院校培养"有技能、有文化"的"航海工匠"提供经验借鉴。This paper constructs shipping cultural cooperative education model from the following "four dimensions":actively carry out shipping culture characteristic brand activities and create shipping culture sharing platform;establish the inter-school collaborative communication platform;establish the practice base inside and outside the school and set up the normalized alumni face-to-face communication platform;set shipping cultural projects to further practice and explore the training of "nautical craftsman".Through practical research,this paper aims to solve the current problems in the training of shipping talents in China and provide experience for the training of"Nautical craftsmen with skills and culture" in maritime higher vocational colleges.
