“七位一体”科研育人模式的构建与实践

摘　　要：科研水平是衡量当今高校办学质量的重要指标,科研能力也是衡量当今高校人才培养的重要因素,"科研育人"的提出正是基于时代发展的需求和创新发展的背景。文中以某高校理科学院为例,提出"七位一体"科研育人模式的构建,从科研育人的重要意义、预期目标、模式实践、活动开展、活动效果、经验反思六个方面进行阐述,以期在实践中为科研育人的途径与方法提供参考。The level of scientific research is an important index to measure the quality of running a university nowadays,and the ability of scientific research is also an important factor to measure the cultivation of talents in Universities nowadays.The proposal of "scientific research and education people" is based on the needs of the development of the times and the background of innovation and development.Taking a university science academy as an example,this paper puts forward the construction of the "seven in one" scientific research education model.It elaborates from six aspects:the significance of scientific research education,the anticipated goal,the practice of the model,the development of activities,the effect of activities and the reflection of experience,with a view to providing reference for the ways and methods of scientific research education in practice.
