莫沙必利联合拉克替醇用于老年患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果

摘　　要：为探讨莫沙必利联合拉克替醇用于老年患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果,将2017年1月至2018年12月于我院行结肠镜检查的100例老年患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各50例,对照组单纯应用拉克替醇进行肠道准备,研究组联合应用莫沙必利和拉克替醇进行肠道准备。对比2组患者服药后的排便情况、肠道清洁效果及不良反应。结果显示,2组患者排便次数比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;研究组患者服药后至首次排便的时间、服药后至最后一次排便的时间均明显短于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者肠道清洁效果明显优于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,莫沙必利联合拉克替醇用于老年患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备,肠道清洁效果好,不良反应少,而且所需时间短,值得推广应用。This study was to invetigate the efficacy of mosapride plus lactitol used in intestinal preparation(IP)before senior patients receiving coloscopy,enrolled 100 senior patients to be inspected with coloscope in author’s hospital(2017-01-2018-12),and randomly divided them into control group(50 cases,alone lactitol)and research group(50 cases,lactitol plus mosapride);then compared patient’s defecation status after taking the medicines,and clean efficacy of intestinal tract,as well as untoward reaction between the two groups.As results,in defecation frequency there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);in the time interval from taking medicine to the first-time of defecation,and from taking medicine to the end-time of defecation before coloscopy,research group was all significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05);in clean efficacy of intestinal tract research group was significantly superior to control group(P<0.05);in the incidence of untoward reaction research group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Results show that mosapride plus lactitol used in IP before senior patients receiving coloscopy has such merits as better clean efficacy,less untoward reaction,and shorter IP time.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
