摘　　要：近年来,通过对多地医联体建设进行实践和探索,运用史密斯模型和利益相关者理论分析医院医联体政策和远程医疗政策的实施和推进,研究在5G远程医疗的技术下县级医院医联体建设过程中尚存在的问题与不足,以期为加强县级医院医联体建设提供可行的建议和参考。In recent years,practice and exploration has beeen conducted on the construction of medical alliance.This paper,by using Smith model and stakeholder theory,analyzes the implementation and promotion of medical alliance policy and telemedicine policy,discusses problems and deficiencies existing in the process of constructing county-level medical alliance with the help of 5G telemedicine technology,so as to provide feasible advice and reference for improving the construction of county-level medical alliance.
