摘　　要：亚洲基础设施投资银行国际办公大楼,采用变风量空调系统,对降噪要求很高,对此采取的设备选型、系统设计、减振施工等预控措施,虽有一定作用,但部分房间未能达到设计要求,经分析并采取针对性措施,保证了独立房间噪声达设计标准.Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank project is an international office building using variable air conditioning system,which shall have high denoise requirement.A series of control measures were adopted,such as equipment type selection,system design and shock absorption construction,etc.These measures had certain effect,but some rooms failed to meet the design requirements.Particular measures were adopted after analysis to guarantee that independent rooms meet design standard for noise.
