摘　　要：建立吉林省生态保护红线生态功能评估考核指标体系对保障吉林省生态安全,提高相关部门对生态环境的监管发挥着重要的作用。依据国家下发的生态保护红线文件的要求,衔接各个地方的法律法规、规划、技术指南和相关文件,研究结合地方实际建立了吉林省生态保护红线生态功能考核指标体系,通过地理信息处理、统计分析并根据实际管理需求制定了相应的指标和评分,为环境保护部门对生态红线的监管提供了依据。Establishing the evaluation index system of ecological function for redlineplayed an important role in ensuring ecological security and improving environmental supervision by relevant departments in Jilin Province.According to the requirements of guidelines for the delineation of redline,complying with laws,city planning,technicalguidelinesand other documents,the evaluation index system of ecological function for redline in Jilin Province based on local practice was developed,and formulatedthe corresponding indicators and scores by geographic information system software,statistical calculation and analysis,including in accordance with the actual management needs.It provides the basis for the environmental protection department to supervise the ecological redline.
