乳腺癌18F-FDG PET-CT显像特点与临床病理的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的乳腺癌18F-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET-CT)显像特点及与患者临床病理的相关性研究。方法选择2014年1月到2018年1月到医院就诊的乳腺癌患者50例,均进行18F-FDGPET-CT检查。统计患者临床病理资料,并比较不同临床病理水平的PETCT显像指标数值。结果SUVmax、MTV、TLG数值在肿瘤分期为III及IV期、有淋巴结转移、雌激素受体(ER)表达阴性、孕激素受体(PR)表达阴性、病理高分化患者中数值更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SUVmax、MTV、TLG数值在不同年龄、BMI指数、人表皮生长因子(HER-2)表达、细胞增殖标志指数(Ki-67阳性指数)、人体抑癌基因(p53)表达、病理分类患者中无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论18F-FDGPETCT图像中显示乳腺癌患者病灶处存在异常放射性浓聚,其显示肿瘤代谢指标与患者临床病理水平有一定相关性。Objective To study the relationship between imaging features of 18 Ffluorodeoxyglucose(18 F-FDG) positron emission computed tomography(PET-CT) and clinical pathology. Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with breast cancer who treated in the hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were selected and given 18 FFDG PET-CT examination. The clinical pathological data were counted, and the PETCT imaging indexes values of different clinical pathological levels were compared. Results SUVmax, MTV and TLG values were higher in patients with tumor stage III and IV, lymph node metastasis, negative expression of estrogen receptor(ER), negative expression of progesterone receptor(PR). The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the SUVmax, MTV and TLG values of patients with different ages, BMI index, human epidermal growth factor(HER-2) expression, cell proliferation marker index(Ki-67 positive index), human cancer suppressor gene(p53) expression and pathological classification(P>0.05). Conclusion 18 F-FDG PET-CT image shows abnormal radioactive concentration in the lesions of breast cancer patients, which indicates that the tumor metabolic index has a certain correlation with the clinical pathological levels of patients.
