摘  要:针对航空开关磁阻起动/发电系统所具有的严重非线性、转速给定多变、负载扰动大、参数变化复杂等问题,将具有高抗干扰能力的自抗扰控制器引入开关磁阻电机控制系统,设计了开关磁阻转速转矩控制系统。将非线性模型的不确定性以及负载的突变作为干扰,对其进行状态观测与前馈补偿。仿真结果表明,该系统对负载突变和电动机内部参数摄动等扰动均具有较强鲁棒性和适应性,动静态性能比传统的PID控制系统更强。最后在开关磁阻起动/发电样机平台进行对自抗扰控制下的起动和转速跟随进行了样机试验,结果表明,自抗扰控制可以实现样机的快速、无超调起动,转速快速跟踪和稳态平稳运行。Aiming at the problems of aerial reluctance switched integrated starter/generator system with severe non-linearity,various reference speed,large load disturbance and variable system parameters,auto-disturbances rejection controller(ADRC)with good anti-jamming capability is applied and speedtorque control system is designed.In this paper,uncertainties of the non-linear model and sudden changes of the load were seen as disturbances and the integrated disturbance was calculated and compensated.The simulation results show that the system has good robustness and adaptability to external load disturbances and internal model changes and its performance is better than that of the conventional PID control.Conducted by the switched reluctance integrated starter/generator prototype experimental platform,the results show that the system has fast and non-overshoot starting,rapid rotating speed tracking and stable steady-state operation.
