摘  要:目的观察双源CT (DSCT)低剂量扫描技术用于肠系膜缺血性疾病(MI)临床诊断中的效果,评估其价值。方法选择该院2016年4月至2018年8月收治的62例肠系膜缺血性疾病(MI)患者临床资料进行分析,31例予以常规腹部强化扫描检查(纳入甲组),另31例接受双源CT低剂量扫描检查(纳入乙组),比较两组扫描情况。结果乙组图像质量主观评分高于甲组(P<0.05);乙组剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效辐射剂量(ED)以及容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)均低于甲组(P<0.05)。结论 DSCT低剂量扫描技术用于MI患者的临床诊断,能优化成像质量,提升诊断的准确率,减少辐射剂量,有推广价值。【Objective】To observe the effect of dual-source CT(DSCT) low-dose scanning technique in the clinical diagnosis of mesenteric ischemia(MI) and evaluate its value.【Methods】The clinical data of 62 patients with MI admitted from April 2016 to August 2018 were analyzed. Thirty-one patients were given routine abdominal enhancement scan(included in group A) and 31 patients received low dose dual source CT scan(included in group B). The scanning conditions of the two groups were compared.【Results】The subjective score of image quality in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05), and the dose-length product(DLP), effective dose(ED) and volume CT dose index(CTDIvol) in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).【Conclusion】DSCT low-dose scanning technology for clinical diagnosis of MI can optimize the imaging quality, improve the accuracy of diagnosis, reduce radiation dose, and has the value of promotion.
