摘  要:目的探讨MRI在自发性低颅压综合征诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2016年5月~2017年6月期间在我院接受治疗的低颅压综合征患者20例,采用随机表法将其分为观察组(诊断的方式是采用MRI扫描成像仪)及对照组(采用常规的放射影像学诊断),每组患者各10例,观察两组中患者确认脑部疾病的准确率以及MRI扫描仪的成像情况。结果观察组中通过MRI扫描可看出患者的脑脊液压力的测量结果与影像学表现例如硬脑膜强化、硬膜下积液、静脉窦扩张、脑结构下垂等的表现,而对照组中通过放射诊断以上状态均无清晰显示,故观察组成像效果明显优于对照组。且观察组通过MRI扫描仪观察低颅压综合征脑部微小变化的概率为100.00%,而对照组中通过放射诊断观察低颅压综合征脑部微小变化的概率为70.00%,观察组显著优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI诊断在自发性低颅压综合征患者诊断中可以给临床医生提供更好的影像学依据,具有更大的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the value of MRI in the diagnosis of spontaneous hypocranial compression syndrome. Methods Selection in May 2016 to June 2017 treated in our hospital during the period of 20 patients with low cranial pressure syndrome, using the random table method divided into observation group(diagnosis way is to use an MRI scan imager) and the control group(conventional radiographic imaging diagnosis), 10 cases of each group of patients, observe two groups of patients to confirm the accuracy of brain disease and MRI scanner imaging. Results Observation group by MRI scans can be seen in patients with cerebrospinal fluid pressure measurements and imaging findings such as dura aggrandizement, subdural effusion, drooping, cerebral venous sinus expansion structure such as performance, and in the control group by diagnostic radiology, according to the above state is no clear reason to observe the effect of like is better than the control group. In addition, the probability of small changes in the brain through MRI scanner in the observation group was 100.00%, while in the control group, the probability of small changes in the brain through radiological diagnosis was 70.00%. The observation group was significantly superior to the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion MRI diagnosis in patients with spontaneous hypocranial compression syndrome can provide better imaging basis for clinicians and has greater clinical application value.
