锥形锁柱种体对牙周炎缺牙患者修复的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析锥形锁柱种体对牙周炎缺牙患者修复的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2014年12月在本院进行缺牙修复患者70例,根据是否有牙周炎分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组为非牙周炎缺牙修复,观察组为牙周炎缺牙修复。随访1~5年,比较两组复查时种植体存留率及满意度,同时比较两组患者种植修复完成时与复查时的探诊临床指标。结果观察组在刮治前、种植前与复查时牙周指标均高于对照组,两组患者复查时的种植体探诊深度(probing depth,PD)指标均高于种植修复完成时,牙龈出血(bleeding index,BI)指标低于种植修复完成时,且两组各指标比较差异无统计学意义;观察组种植体存留率以及满意度与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义。结论牙周炎缺牙患者在经过有效的牙周治疗后可采用锥形锁柱种体进行种植修复,且在1~5年内种植牙情况相对稳定。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of conical locking seed on periodontitis patients with tooth loss. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 70 patients who underwent tooth repair in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014. According to the presence or absence of periodontitis, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was non-periodontitis and periodontitis, while the observation group was periodontitis and periodontitis. The patients in the two groups were followed up for 1-5 years to compare the implant survival rate and satisfaction at the time of reexamination, and to compare the clinical indicators at the time of reexamination with the completion of implant repair in the two groups. Results The periodontal indexes of the observation group before curettage, before planting and during reexamination were all higher than that of the control group. PD indexes of the patients in the two groups were higher than that of the control group when implant repair was completed, and BI was lower than that when implant repair was completed, and the situation of the observation group was no significant difference with the control group. There were no significant differences in implant survival and satisfaction between the observation group and the control group. Conclusion After effective periodontal treatment, the patients with periodontitis without teeth can be repaired by implant with conical locking column, and the condition of implant is relatively stable within 1-5 years.
