摘　　要：新型冠状病毒病(COVID-19)疫情蔓延期间,防控形势十分严峻,耳鼻咽喉科内镜室作为上呼吸道疾病诊疗的重要场所更需要严加防范。内镜室医务人员处于高风险职业暴露状态,在临床工作中必须按防控方案执行操作。遵照国家卫生健康委对COVID-19防控的总体要求,我科在医院统一部署下,根据耳鼻咽喉科内镜室感控特点,研究分析疫情期间感染危险因素,制定内镜室COVID-19防控方案,以防止医院内交叉感染,保障患者与医务人员安全。Due to the increasing spread of the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19), prevention and control measures have become increasingly important. As a key location for diagnosing and treating upper airway diseases, strict precautions are required in ear nose and throat(ENT) endoscopy units. Endoscopy workers have a high risk of occupational exposure. Therefore, procedures must be strictly performed according to the prevention and control plan. The prevention and control requirements for COVID-19, as directed by the National Health Commission of China, have been universally deployed in our hospital. We have carefully analyzed the risk factors of infection during the epidemic period and subsequently formulated a prevention and control scheme for COVID-19 based on the infection control measures in the ENT endoscopy unit. These have helped to avoid cross-infection in the hospital and ensure the safety of patients and medical staff during the COVID-19 epidemic.
