摘　　要：目的探讨眼眶球后占位性病变的常规超声及超声造影表现。方法回顾性分析我院经手术病理证实的眼眶球后占位性病变65例的常规超声及超声造影表现。结果纳入65例的患者,男29例,女36例,平均年龄(49.23±13.57)岁。包括血管源性肿瘤36例(55.38%),神经源性肿瘤13例(20.00%),淋巴瘤6例(9.23%),其他少见病例10例(15.38%)。常规超声能清晰显示眼球后肿瘤边界、形态、内部回声及血流信号,超声造影能清晰显示肿瘤内部微循环及周边有无浸润。结论眼眶球后占位性病变的常规超声及超声造影表现有一定的特征性,对其术前的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值。Objective To explore the Conventional ultrasonography and Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography of orbital mass behind the eyeball.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the Conventional ultrasonography and Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography of orbital mass behind the eyeball,which was confirmed by surgical pathology in sichuan provincial people′s hospital from.Results A total of 65 cases were included in our study,including 29 males and 36 females,with an average age of(49.23±13.57)years.Including 36 cases of vascular tumor(55.38%),13 cases of neurogenic tumor(20.00%),6 cases of lymphoma(9.23%),and 10 cases of other rare cases(15.38%).Conventional ultrasound can clearly show the boundary,shape,internal echo and blood flow of the retroocular mass,and contrast-enhanced ultrasound can clearly show the mass internal microcirculation and determined the peripheral infiltration.Conclusions The Conventional ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography of retroocular mass have certain characteristics,which is of great value in preoperative diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
