摘　　要：团队导向教学着重于培养学生团队意识,提高学生的协作能力,增强学生的动手能力,以学生的素质提升为根本动力。通过团队导向在模拟电子技术课程的教学探索,对团队导向教学的内涵、理论依据进行分析,并与传统教学方法进行比较,对基于团队导向模式的模拟电子技术课程教学活动中各个环节的特点进行重点阐述。Team-oriented teaching focuses on cultivating students’team consciousness,improving students’cooperation ability,enhancing students’practical ability,and taking the improvement of students’quality as the fundamental driving force.Through the exploration of team-oriented teaching in analog electronic technology course,this paper analyzes the connotation and theoretical basis of team-oriented teaching,and compares it with traditional teaching methods,and expounds the characteristics of each link in the teaching activities of analog electronic technology course based on team-oriented mode.
