摘　　要：Research on the Management of Secret History of Mongols is a groundbreaking results in the study of the history of Mongo-lian management thought.In the book.the author takes historical figures,narratives.and events recorded in the Secret History of Mongols as examples,adhering to the principle of integrating theory with practice,comprehensively applying methods such as unified history and logic,combining data and perspectives,combining generalization and expansion,and other principles and characteristics of management,the systematice and in-depth research has been carried out on the relationship between managers and managed persons,management ideas and characteristics,management systems and functions,management policies and values,management methods and gains and losses.
