摘  要:党的十八大报告中明确提到,要把“立德树人”作为教育的根本任务,党的十九大进一步指出,要进一步“落实立德树人的根本任务”。在教育领域不断发生变革的当下,“立德树人”为新时期的高校改革发展指明了方向。在北京大学师生座谈会上,习近平总书记强调,“要把立德树人的成效作为检验学校一切工作的标准,真正做到以文化人、以德育人。”为此,在对“立德树人”是教育的根本任务进行观点剖析的基础上,提出了实现“立德树人”这个任务的可行性路径,并对其具体的操作办法进行探索,尝试创新“立德树人”的工作机制,提高“立德树人”的实际成效。The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly mentioned that“Building morality and cultivating people”should be regarded as the fundamental task of education.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further pointed out that it is necessary to further“implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people”.With the continuous changes in the field of education,the“moral education”points out the direction for the reform and development of colleges and universities in the new era.At the teachers and students symposium of Peking University,general secretary Xi Jinping stressed that“We should regard the effectiveness of‘Building morality and cultivating people'as a criterion for testing all schools'work and truly be a cultural person and a moral educating person.”Therefore,this paper puts forward the feasible path to realize this task,and explores its specific operation methods,tries to innovate the working mechanism of morality,and improves the actual effect of morality,on the basis of the analysis of the view that morality is the fundamental task of education.
