摘 要:Cystathionineβ-synthase(CBS)基因家族在植物生长发育以及响应胁迫过程中具有重要作用,目前对CBS基因家族的研究报道较少。异源六倍体普通小麦(Triticum aestivum L.,AABBDD)作为重要的粮食作物,其CBS基因尚未得到系统研究。为研究小麦中CBS基因的特征,本研究对小麦全基因组进行了分析,共发现136个属于32个同源组的CBS基因,系统发育树分析将其分为8组。将这些基因定位于小麦染色体上,并对它们的基因结构、保守基序以及结构域做进一步分析,发现三联体中的CBS结构域蛋白(CDCP)具有相似的结构。在不同温度下,大多数CBS基因的三联体具有相似的表达模式。在低温及冻害条件下CBS基因在小麦抗寒过程中发挥重要作用。The Cystathionineβ-synthase(CBS)gene family plays an important role in plant growth and stress response.However,there are few reports on the CBS gene.Triticum aestivum(AABBDD),a heterologous hexaploidy crop,is important for food sources,but the CBS gene has not been systematically studied.In order to explore the characteristics of CBS gene in wheat,this study conducted a genome-wide survey of wheat,and found 136 CBS genes belonging to 32 homologous groups.The phylogenetic tree analysis divided them into eight groups.We mapped these genes to the wheat chromosome and examined their gene structures,conserved motifs and domains.The CBS domain protein(CDCP)in the triplet has a similar structure.This study conducted a collinear analysis of wheat and summarized the evolutionary relationship of the CBS family in wheat.The expression patterns of wheat CBS genes at different temperatures were compared.It was found that the triplets of most CBS genes have similar expression patterns.The CBS gene has an important cold-tolerant effect under low temperature and freezing conditions.In conclusion,this study provides a comprehensive understanding of the wheat CBS gene family and provides an important reference for other functional studies of these important genes in wheat.
