摘  要:为了满足液压缸尺寸范围大的测试要求,设计了综合性能测试实验台。油源系统采用双泵容积调节供油回路,加载系统采用比例溢流阀加载,搭建了基于上下位机的测控系统及基于LabVIEW的数据采集系统。为满足换向压力稳定性要求,设计了模糊PID的压力控制器,为满足速度需求,速度控制器采用给定速度积分生成期望位移,基于速度前馈的模糊PID位移控制策略来保证运行速度。结果验证了模糊PID控制在耐久性试验中的有效性,同时满足试验台对压力、速度跟踪性能要求。To meet the test requirements of large size range of hydraulic cylinders,we design a comprehensive performance test bench,its oil source system adopt double pump to adjust the oil supplying and the proportional relief valve is adopted in the loading system.Then,we build a measure and control system based on the host/master computer and a data acquisition system based on LabVIEW.In order to meet the requirements of pressure and speed stability,we design a fuzzy PID pressure controller,and design a fuzzy PID displacement/speed controller based on speed feedforward and its expected displacement is generated by a given speed integral.The results show that the fuzzy PID controllers are effective in the durability test and can meet the test bench's performance requirements of pressure and speed tracking stability.
