摘 要:柔性真空吸盘在自动化生产过程中具有广泛的应用,但是在吸附过程中会存在吸附效果不佳,造成包装袋时常脱落的现象,影响正常工业生产。为了改善这个问题,采用气缸、高精度电子秤及其他气动元件为主体建立真空吸附试验平台;使用真空吸附原理,通过气缸进行提升包装袋、电子秤实时测量包装袋重量数值变化来计算吸吊力。研究柔性真空吸盘吸吊力与吸盘种类、盘径、真空度参数关系并进行单因素试验。试验结果表明:不同类型吸盘之间吸附效果不同。其中波纹吸盘和平底吸盘的吸吊力与真空度在50 kPa以下时成正比,在60 kPa真空度以上,吸吊力增加不明显甚至降低;总体上,3种类型吸盘盘径越大吸吊力也越大,但是波纹吸盘和平底吸盘在40 mm以上盘径时,真空度超过70 kPa会使吸吊力迅速下降,甚至失去吸附功能;而带沟吸盘吸吊力始终随着真空度和盘径的增大而增大。该试验研究为同类型吸盘的选取和真空度大小的设置提供了参考。Flexible vacuum chuck are widely used in automated production processes,but the adsorption of Vacuum chuck are ineffective during the adsorption process,which cause the packing bag often falls off,are affecting the normal industrial production.In order to improve this problem,air cylinders,high-precision electronic scales and other pneumatic components are used as the main body to establish a vacuum adsorption test platform;use the principle of vacuum adsorption to lift the bag by air cylinder and then calculate the lifting force by measuring the change weight of the packing bag in real time through an electronic scale.Explore the relationship between the suction force of the vacuum chuck and the parameters of the suction cup type,disk diameter,vacuum degree.Then conducte a single factor test.The test results show that different suction cup types have different adsorption effect.The lifting force of the corrugated suction cup and flat suction cup is proportional to the vacuum degree below 50 kPa.When the vacuum degree exceeds 60 kPa,the lifting force does not increase significantly or even decrease;generally,the larger diameter of the three types of suction cup comes the greater suction force.but when the diameter of bellows suction cups and flat bottom suction cup is above 40 mm,and the vacuum degree exceeds 70 kPa will cause the lifting force to drop rapidly,and even lost its suction function;while the suction force of grooved suction cups increases with the increase of vacuum degree and disk diameter;This study provides a reference for the selection of the same type of suction cup and the setting of the vacuum degree.
