摘 要:以电控液驱车辆的液压马达回转系统为背景,对电液比例阀控马达系统进行控制性能研究。首先分析了其系统组成及工作原理,分别采用变结构抗饱和PI控制和模糊PID控制2种控制方法对电液比例阀控马达系统的控制器进行了设计,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件分别建立了采用不同控制器的电液比例阀控马达系统的仿真模型。仿真结果表明:与变结构抗饱和PI控制相比较,模糊PID控制在响应速度和平稳性等方面具有显著优势。Based on the hydraulic motor rotary system of the electronically controlled hydraulic-drive vehicle,it is studied that the control performance of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlling motor system.Firstly,the system composition and working principle are analyzed.The controller of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlling motor system is designed by adopting two control methods of the variable structure anti-saturation PI control and Fuzzy-PID control respectively.The simulation model of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlling motor system with different controllers is established respectively by MATLAB/Simulink software.The simulation results show that compared with the variable structure anti-saturation PI control,Fuzzy-PID control has significant advantages in response speed and stationarity.
