摘　　要：Bickerstaff脑干脑炎(BBE)在临床上较为罕见,本文报道了1例BBE患者的诊治过程,并进行相关文献复习,总结了BBE的临床特征及其诊治要点。磁共振成像(MRI)可显示脑干受累,是诊断BBE的可靠工具,对判定BBE预后具有重要的临床价值。BBE多样的临床特征与后遗症尚需更多的研究进一步分析。Bickerstaff brainstem encephalitis(BBE)is relatively rare in clinic.This article reported the diagnosis and treatment process of 1 patient with BBE,reviewed the relevant literature,and summarized the clinical characteristics and key points of diagnosis and treatment of BBE.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)can showing brainstem involvement,which is a reliable tool for diagnosing BBE,and it has important clinical value for judging the prognosis of BBE.The diverse clinical characteristics and sequelae of BBE need to be further analyzed.
