核素^32P简易敷贴治疗婴幼儿体表血管瘤的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨核素32P简易敷贴治疗婴幼儿体表血管瘤的临床效果。方法利用核素^32P简易敷贴对758例体表血管瘤婴幼儿进行治疗,并定期随访,观察治疗效果。结果治疗表皮血管瘤740例,混合血管瘤18例。表皮血管瘤患儿的治疗总有效率为100.0%(740/740),治愈率为98.9%(732/740);混合血管瘤患儿治疗总有效率为88.9%(16/18)。结论对于婴幼儿体表血管瘤而言,核素32P简易敷贴是一种安全、简便、疗效高、费用低、痛苦少的治疗措施,其对婴幼儿体表血管瘤的治疗具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nuclide 32P simple application in the treatment of infantile superficial hemangiomas.Methods A total of 758 cases of infantile superficial hemangiomas were treated with nuclide ^32P simple application and followed up regularly.The therapeutic effect was observed.Results A total of 740 cases of epidermal hemangiomas and 18 case of mixed hemangiomas were treated.The total effective rate of treatment in infants with epidermal hemangiomas was 100.0%(740/740),and the cure rate was 98.9%(732/740);the total effective rate of treatment in infants with mixed hemangiomas was 88.9%(16/18).Conclusion For the infantile superficial hemangiomas,the simple application of nuclide 32P is a kind of treatment measure of safe,simple,high curative effect,low cost and less pain,which has a broad application prospect for the treatment of infantile superficial hemangiomas.
