健脾止泻汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗小儿腹泻的效果及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究健脾止泻汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗小儿腹泻的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法将2018年11月至2019年9月于我院就诊的120例腹泻患儿根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在此基础上联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊与健脾止泻汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患儿的各项症状积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的QLSCA各项评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的IgA、IgG和CD4^+/CD8^+均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾止泻汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗小儿腹泻,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,减少不良反应的发生,提高免疫功能和生活质量。Objective To study the effect of Jianpi Zhixie decoction combined with bifid-triple viable capsule on infantile diarrhea and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 120 children with diarrhea treated in our hospital from November 2018 to September 2019 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with bifid-triple viable capsule and Jianpi Zhixie decoction on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of symptoms in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of QLSCA in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IgA,IgG and CD4^+/CD8^+of the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi zhixie decoction combined with bifid-triple viable capsule can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with diarrhea,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the immune function and quality of life.
