摘 要:针对目前的电容测试方法采样率低且不适用于冲击条件下的电容动态测量问题,提出了一种基于RC充放电原理的电容动态测试方法,设计了多层瓷介电容器在冲击条件下的动态测试方案并进行实验。结果表明:该多层瓷介电容动态测试方法能有效测量高冲击下电容器容值的动态变化过程,具有采样率高、测量精确等特点,为开展冲击环境下的多层瓷介电容器的失效研究及防护提供了技术支撑。In view of the low sampling rate of the current capacitor test method and that it is not suitable for the dynamic measurement of capacitor under impact conditions,a dynamic test method based on the principle of RC charge and discharge was proposed.The dynamic test scheme of multi-layer porcelain typelor under impact conditions was designed and tested.The results show that the dynamic test method of multi-layer porcelain-mediated capacitor can effectively measure the dynamic change process of capacitor capacity under high impact,has the characteristics of high sampling rate and accurate measurement,and provides technical support for the failure research and protection of multi-layer porcelain-mediated capacitor in impact environment.
