摘 要:采用固相合成法制备可见光响应的双层钙钛矿结构光催化剂Ca2InNbO6。利用X-射线衍射(XRD),紫外-可见吸收谱(UV-visDRS)等方法对Ca2InNbO6的结构进行表征,利用自行研制的光催化降解反应装置对其在可见光下降解液相和气相有机污染物的性能进行评价。结果表明,制备的Ca2InNbO6不含其它氧化物杂相,可响应太阳光谱中波长小于440 nm的部分。在可见光下,Ca2InNbO6降解液相亚甲基蓝的效率在4 h内达82.7%;降解气相甲醛的效率在3 h内高达99.3%,符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood一级动力学过程。湿度对降解甲醛的效率有显著影响,当湿度为R.H. 60%时活性最优,动力学常数为0.026 min^-1,是R.H. 20%时的3倍。The double perovskite-type compound Ca2InNbO6 was prepared by solid-state reaction method. The physical chemical properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and UV-vis DRS techniques. The degradation of aqueous methylene blue and gaseous formaldehyde on Ca2InNbO6 was also evaluated using self-built apparatus. The results showed that the preparation procedure did not introduce impurities into as-synthesized Ca2InNbO6 which can respond solar spectrum in the region from UV-light to 440 nm. Ca2InNbO6 shows photocatalytic activity of 82.7% in 4 h for degradation of aqueous methylene blue. The efficiency of degradation of gaseous formaldehyde reaches 99.3% in 3 h under visible light irradiation. The photocatalytic process is typical of Langmuir-Hinshelwood model of first-order reaction. In addition, the photocatalytic performance depends on the humidity levels. The optimal efficiency with kinetic constant of 0.026 min^-1 was obtained when the relative humidity is R.H. 60%, which is 3 times of that in R.H. 20%.
