药物流产后阴道出血患者应用益母草颗粒联合米索前列醇治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨药物流产后阴道出血患者应用益母草颗粒联合米索前列醇治疗的效果。方法以2016年3月至2018年3月来我院做药物流产的妇女72例为本次研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各36例,均接受米非司酮和米索前列醇联合终止妊娠,后对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在此基础上使用益母草颗粒加以治疗,均治疗14d,观察比较两组孕囊排出时间、出血持续时间、出血量、首次月经出现情况及宫腔积血、盆腔炎、腹痛、月经絮乱等不良反应发生情况,评定疗效。结果观察组有效率为92.56%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05),观察组孕囊排出时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组出血持续时间、出血量、首次月经出现时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),且宫腔积血、盆腔炎、腹痛、月经絮乱等不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益母草颗粒与米索前列醇联合使用可有效改善药物流产后阴道出血患者临床症状,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the effects of motherwort granules combined with misoprostol in patients with colporrhagia after medical abortion.Methods 72 cases of women who came to our hospital for medical abortion from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected for the study and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.And the two groups were given mifepristone and misoprostol for termination of pregnancy,and control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,and observation group was additionally given motherwort granules on this basis,and they were treated for 14 d.The gestational sac discharge time,bleeding duration,bleeding volume and first menstrual situation and the occurrence of adverse reactions of intrauterine hemorrhage,pelvic inflammation,abdominal pain and menstrual disorder were observed and compared between the two groups,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(92.56%vs 75.00%)(P<0.05).The gestational sac discharge time in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The bleeding duration,bleeding amount and first time of menstruation in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rates of adverse reactions of uterine hemorrhage,pelvic inflammation,abdominal pain and menstrual disorder were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Motherwort granules combined with misoprostol can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with colporrhagia after medical abortion,and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions.
