摘 要:目的建立代用茶中镉的不完全消解-石墨炉原子吸收法。方法 0.1~0.3 g样品加入1 ml硝酸,于石墨消解仪上120℃消解20 min,用纯水定容后直接用石墨炉原子吸收法测定。结果镉浓度在0.0~5.0 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数在0.998以上。方法的检出限为1.3μg/kg,定量限为4.3μg/kg。样品的相对标准偏差在1.1%~1.6%之间,回收率在94.2%~103.3%之间。与压力罐消解法相比,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非完全消解-石墨炉原子吸收法操作简单,快速,酸消耗少,减少了环境污染,方法精密度、准确度、检出限能满足实际工作的要求,可用于测定代用茶中的镉。Objective To establish a method for the determination of cadmium in substitutional tea by incomplete digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods 0.1 g-0.3 g samples was digested with 1 ml nitric acid on a graphite digestion instrument at 120℃ for 20 minutes, and then determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry after fixed the volume with pure water. Results The method had good linearity in the range of 0-5.0 ng/ml, with the correlation coefficient greater than 0.998. The detection limit of the method was 1.3μg/kg, and the limit of quantification was 4.3μg/kg.The relative standard deviation of the samples ranged from 1.1% to 1.6%, and the average recoveries were between 94.2%-103.3%. There was no significant difference between the results by this method and those by the pressure tank digestion method(P>0.05). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, and has less acid consumption and less environmental pollution.The precision, accuracy and detection limit of the method can meet the requirements of actual work, and can be used for the determination of cadmium in substitutional tea.
