摘  要:正义是新时代劳动及其教育的首要价值。抽象劳动、非物质劳动、数字劳动等新形式劳动影响和推动劳动的公共正义、形式正义、生态正义和交互正义的发生与发展。新时代劳动、劳动教育的正义问题包括"正义何在""谁之正义""正义何为"等,其内涵包括正义的社会公共性、主体性和实践性。劳动教育之正义价值蕴含平等原则和自由原则。其实质平等和形式平等分别实现人人受教育机会、学业成就和受教育权利的平等和教育的公正正义、交互正义、承认正义等。劳动教育的"具体的自由"是关怀边缘人群,回归生活世界和现实社会,成就个人自由、行动自由和社会自由;其"理想的自由"是基于人的类本质,通过自主劳动、自由劳动实现人的自由全面发展,建立人类命运共同体,实现生态正义和"全球共同利益"的全球正义。Justice should be the primary value of labor and education in the new era. The new form of labor, including abstract labor, immaterial labor and digital labor, influences and promotes the emergence and development of public justice, formal justice, ecological justice and interactive justice of labor. The justice of labor and labor education in the new era include "where ", "whose " and "what" is justice. Its connotation shows the social publicity, subjectivity and practicality of justice. The justice value of labor education contains the principles of equality and freedom. Substantive equality and formal equality respectively make true the equality of educational opportunity, learning achievement and right to education for everyone;and the public justice, formal justice, mutual justice and recognition justice of education. The "concrete freedom" of labor education is to care for the marginalized groups, return to the living and real world of human beings, and achieve personal freedom, activities freedom and social freedom;its "ideal freedom", based on the species nature of human being, realizes the free and comprehensive development of human beings through independent labor and free labor, help to establish a community of human destiny, and turn to ecological justice and global justice of "global common interests".
