摘 要:目的:分析研讨SPECT全身骨显像联合肿瘤标志物检测用于老年肺癌骨转移患者的临床诊断价值。方法:随机从本院2016年5月~2018年12月收治的老年肺癌骨转移患者中抽取80例进行讨论,均分别接受全身骨显像、肿瘤标志物检测以及联合检测,分析检测结果,如准确度、特异性、敏感性等。结果:全身骨显像和肿瘤标志物联合检测的准确性为91.25%、敏感度为97.33%、特异度为80%,均高于全身骨显像及肿瘤标志物单独检测的准确度、特异性、敏感性,差异较大(P<0.05)。结论:临床诊断老年肺癌骨转移时可采用全身骨显像联合肿瘤标志物方式,诊断准确性、特异性、敏感性均较高,可更为准确地判定肺癌是否出现骨转移状况。Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of SPECT whole-body bone imaging combined with tumor marker detection in elderly patients with bone metastases from lung cancer.Methods:A total of 80 cases of elderly patients with bone metastases from lung cancer treated in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were randomly selected for discussion.All of them received whole-body bone imaging,tumor marker detection and joint detection,and analyzed the test results.Such as accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,etc.Results:The combined detection of whole body bone imaging and tumor markers was 91.25%,sensitivity was 97.33%,and specificity was 80%,which were higher than the accuracy and specificity of whole body bone imaging and tumor markers alone.Sensitivity,the difference is large(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole-body bone imaging combined with tumor markers can be used for clinical diagnosis of bone metastasis in elderly patients with lung cancer,the diagnosis accuracy,specificity and sensitivity are higher,which can more accurately determine whether lung cancer has bone metastasis.
