小钛板坚强固定术治疗下颌骨骨折的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨小钛板坚强固定术治疗下颌骨骨折的临床价值。方法:选取在本院治疗的64例下颌骨骨折患者为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组各32例。对照组采取牙弓夹板颊间结扎术,观察组采取小型钛板坚强内固定治疗。对比两组患者的手术时间、疼痛时间、进食时间、术后活动时间、出院时间等指标,同时对比两组患者的并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、疼痛时间、活动时间、进食时间以及出院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为6.25%,对照组为25%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:对下颌骨骨折患者采取小钛板坚强固定术治疗,可缩短术后康复时间及疼痛持续时间,减少并发症发生,应用效果良好。Objective:To explore the clinical value of small titanium plate rigid fixation in the treatment of mandibular fractures.Methods:Sixty-four patients with mandible fractures treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases each.The control group was treated with dental arch splint ligation and the observation group was treated with a small titanium plate for internal fixation.The surgical time,pain time,eating time,postoperative activity time,and discharge time were compared between the two groups of patients,and the incidence of complications was compared.Results:The operation time,pain time,activity time,eating time,and discharge time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.25%and that of the control group was 25%.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of small titanium plate for the treatment of mandible fracture patients can shorten the postoperative recovery time and pain duration,reduce the occurrence of complications,and has a good application effect.
