摘　　要：经济社会对应用型会计人才的需求以及国家对管理型会计人才培养的号召,既给高职院校会计人才培养提供了机遇和发展方向,也使高职院校面临人才培养困境。结合"互联网+"、"大数据"、"人工智能"的发展环境,本文以构建创新型的高职院校会计人才培养模式为目标,提出构建"理实一体化"、"岗证对接"、"四训递进"的创新型人才培养模式,改革滞后的人才培养模式和教学课程体系,全面提升高职院校培养管理型会计人才的能力和效果。The economic and social demand for the applied accounting talents and the nation’s call for the cultivation of management accounting talents not only provide opportunities and development directions for accounting talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges, but also make the vocational colleges face the dilemma of talent cultivation. Under the development environment of"Internet+","Big Data"and"Artificial Intelligence", with the purpose of accounting talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges, this paper proposes to construct an innovative model of "integration of rationality","joint connection"and "four-training progression", to reform the lagging talent cultivation model and curriculum system and comprehensively improve the effect of management accounting talent cultivation.
