摘　　要：自2019年12月以来,湖北省武汉市出现不明原因肺炎,后确诊为2019新型冠状病毒感染,疫情迅速蔓延。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情给各行各业均带来巨大影响,尤其对于医疗卫生事业影响巨大,也对肿瘤患者的诊治提出巨大挑战。食管癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤,大多数患者确诊时已处于中晚期,患者免疫力低,预后差。对于胸外科医师而言,适时选择外科手术,以及如何应对疫情下食管癌患者的围手术期处理,需要全体胸外科医师共同努力,制定科学的胸外科诊治流程和应急对策。Since December 2019,unexplained pneumonia has appeared in Wuhan City,Hubei Province,and a new type of coronavirus infection was confirmed as COVID-19.COVID-19 spread rapidly nationwide and abroad.The COVID-19 has brought huge impacts to all the people and walks of life,especially to the medical and health systems.It has also brought great challenges to the treatment of patients with cancer.Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor in China and most of the patients are in the middle and advanced stage when diagnosed,with immunosuppressive and poor prognosis.The selection of surgical procedures and perioperative managements of esophageal cancer require all thoracic surgeons work together to figure out a reasonable system of surgical treatment and emergency response.
