摘　　要：[目的]对云南省地中海贫血筛查进行成本-效益分析,探讨应用二代测序方法进行地中海贫血筛查的社会经济效益。[方法]回顾性分析2016年云南省地中海贫血筛查结果,将调查所得数据与云南省经济数据相结合,计算云南省地中海贫血筛査的成本和效益。[结果]云南省全省范围内开展地中海贫血筛查的成本-效益分析为1:5.65,净效益为974,589,727元。[结论]应用二代测序在云南省进行地中海贫血筛查工作具有良好的社会经济效益,值得推广应用。Objective To conduct cost-effectiveness analysis on thalassemia screening in Yunnan province and to explore socio-economic benefits of thalassemia screening by NGS method. Methods The results of thalassemia screening in Yunnan in 2016 was analyzed retrospectively. The survey data was combined with economic data of Yunnan province to calculate the cost and effectiveness of thalassemia screening in Yunnan province. Results The cost-effectiveness analysis of thalassemia screening in Yunnan province was 1∶ 5. 21 which net benefit was 724, 096, 240 yuan. Conclusions It has benign social economy benefit in thalassemia screening by NGS in Yunnan province,and is worth popularized and applied.
