液压约束活塞发动机主运动系统间隙误差影响分析

摘  要:针对液压型约束活塞发动机(hydraulic constrained piston engine,HCPE)主运动系统的运动精度对系统流量特性的影响,本文以液压约束活塞发动机为研究对象,利用ADAMS和AMESim建立主运动系统的运动学模型和液压模型,分析系统间隙误差对系统运动规律、运动副作用力和流量脉动特性的影响。研究结果表明,间隙误差对系统的位移、速度等运动规律影响不大;在气缸与动子活塞-滑块、连杆大头与曲轴曲柄之间存在间隙误差,对其产生的作用力有较大影响,且随着间隙误差的增大而增大,从而影响系统的运动稳定性,降低系统的使用寿命;间隙误差对系统流量脉动影响较大,导致零部件振动增强,影响整机的使用性能。该研究为HCPE的优化设计提供了理论依据。Aiming at the influence of the motion accuracy of the main motion system of the hydraulic constrained piston engine(HCPE)on the flow characteristics of the system,this paper the hydraulic constrained piston engine as the research object.The kinematics model of main kinematics system using ADAMS and the hydraulic model of the main kinematics system using AMESim are established to analyze the effect of the system clearance error on the system motion law,motion side-effect force and flow pulsation characteristics.The research results show that:the clearance error has little effect on the movement laws of the system’s displacement and speed,etc;the clearance error between the cylinder and the mover pistonslider,the connecting rod head and the crankshaft has a large effect on the force produced by it and it increases with the increase of the clearance error,which affects the system’s motion stability and reduces the service life of the system;the clearance error has a greater effect on the system flow pulsation,resulting in increased vibration of parts and components and affecting the performance of the entire machine.The research provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of HCPE.
