摘  要:[目的]采用超声辅助提取泡桐叶中熊果酸,为泡桐熊果酸的开发利用提供基础。[方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验研究乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比、超声波功率和提取次数对熊果酸得率的影响。[结果]经方差分析和验证试验确定了从泡桐叶中提取熊果酸的最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度90%、料液比1:20(g:mL)、提取时间40 min、提取温度65℃、提取次数3次、超声波功率350 W,在该提取工艺条件下熊果酸得率为0.742%。[结论]超声法提取是一种效率高、条件温和且操作简单的大众化的提取熊果酸的方法。[Objective]In order to provide a basis for the development and utilization of ursolic acid from Paulownia tomentosa,ultrasonic assisted extraction was adopted to extract the ursolic acid from Paulownia tomentosa.[Method]The efects of ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic power and extraction times on the yield of ursolic acid were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments.[Result]The optimum extraction conditions of ursolic acid from Paulownia tomentosa leaves were determined by variance analysis and validation test,the concentration of ethanol was 90%,the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20,the extraction time was 40 min,the extraction temperature was 65℃,the extraction times was 3 times,and the ultrasonic power was 350 W.Under the condition of the extraction process,the ursolic acid yield was 0.742%.[Conclusion]Ultrasound extraction is a popular method to extract ursolic acid with high efficiency,mild conditions and simple operation.
